How writing helps with depression

Depression. The ever lurking monster in our cyberpunk world.

We need nature in order to heal. White paper reminds us of amount of space we experience when in the wild alone.

Writing is like painting with ideas on a blank canvas of minds of others.

We strive to relief the stress. Walk in the park and writing with a pen on a blank paper gives us that opportunity.

I wonder if people during the Renaissance experienced stress? There were no cubicles, dead lines, or managers. Unless you worked for the king and it was concerning the war.

Anyhow, the idea is simple, just get into the flow zone with your writing.

It may seem mechanical but it is way more than just that. It’s like a mind massage. You owe yourself one of those. Even if your writing doesn’t make any sense, this is the first step.
