Recovering person that has found his flow

I find writing of any kind peacifying. As long as you don’t have a deadline for your piece and you are not a journalist or a news reporter, you can write for fun.

What is fun and natural brings peace to the doer of such things.

Meditation, writing, gardening, music, are among these things.

You can write songs while listening to some melodies you found online.

You can write a diary to get rid of a weight you have accumulated through the day.

Or you can write a short story, fictitious story, just to entertain your imagination.

The thing is when you get into the ‘flow’ while doing any of these things you are entering into a state where you are able to heal yourself.

‘Flow’ concept comes from the book with the same title written by a professor of a psychology with a funky name of Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (Hungarian-American). It allows you to enter a state where nothing can bother you, and the concept of time disappears. You find your Zen and free yourself.

Try to find your Zen and enjoy. You might as well learn a little bit more about flow.
